The Belfry Moth Ball!
Ladies, have you ever dreamed of wearing your wedding dress again?
On Saturday 29th October, Diamante Dog along with some of their customers and staff of Hillman’s Vets, Arboretum branch attended the very first ‘Moth Ball’ at the Belfy, Sutton Coldfield.
This ladies’ only ball, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and was an excuse for the attendees to dust off their wedding finest and throw on their, brides, bridesmaids or wedding outfit another public display!
Hosted by BRMB radio presenters Foxy & Giuliano this ladies only evening provided entertainment from Take That tribute band - Beautiful Circus, mind blowing magic from Ben Hanlin, Mini Casino, raffle and charity auction, accompanied with a gourmet three course dinner!
One in three of us will unfortunately receive a cancer diagnosis at some point in our life time and, with two million people currently living with cancer in the UK, cancer affects us all.
Without events such as this, Macmillan would not be able to provide the practical, medical, emotional and financial support for people affected by cancer.
Diamante Dog felt it important to support this cause as cancer has affected a number of its customers and their families. As well as attending the Moth Ball we ran a fundraising competition during October.
Congratulations to the winner of the competition; MARINA VILE, and a big thank you to everyone who entered the competition. The money raised was donated to Macmillan at the Moth Ball.
